Summer Prices:
- $79.50 for FIRST VISIT for 60 min fascial stretch
- 10% off our month-to-month memberships
- $60 for first personal training session
- Sauna: $20/30 min
Summer Hours:
- Monday – Wednesday, 9am – 7pm
- Thursday – Friday, 9am – 3pm
- Saturday 9am – 3pm (Appointment Only)
Summer Events:
- Breathwork each Monday evening at 5:30pm (minus June 10th) –> we will provide the dates for these, waiting to hear back from the woman hosting.
- Healix will be doing a Healthy Happy Hour with Blue Zone Projects for a Summer Shape-Up Program every 2nd Tuesday of the month from June through August! –> 5:30pm to 7:30pm – June 11th, July 9th, August 13th.
